ABOUT THE FIRM
Joe Knopp and Chris Biggs are the partners of the firm and Julie Ehler is an associate.
In 1900, just 45 years after the City of Manhattan was founded, Alvin Springer began practicing law in Manhattan. He was later joined by Richard Rogers. Over time, John Stites, Don Hill, Meryl Wilson, and Sam Brownback have formed successive partnerships. They are no longer in the private practice. Joe Knopp and Chris Biggs are the partners of the firm.
Few law firms in America can lay claim to the civic involvement and commitment to their community, state and our nation.

Our commitment to our clients, their families and their businesses is reflected in our commitment to public service. We strive to meet the needs of our clients with the same dedication and judgment
that we have brought to these public positions of leadership and trust.
The firm of Knopp and Biggs P.A.... a tradition of public service.
